SVB, Ordinals, and Pokémon: Mint One 60

Silicon Valley Bank, Ordinal Theory, Pokémon, F1, Dr. Disrespect, MapleStory, Doodles… it’s quite an unusual collection of topics to be in one episode, and it’s not even the complete list. Mint One episode 60 is here.

Token Gamer and NFT Insider have decided to combine forces to launch a weekly podcast, Mint One (formerly WAX Lyrical). John Nichols of NFT Insider and I will discuss a new topic every week, as well as feature special guests. If there’s a topic you’d like us to cover, make sure you let us know through the Token Gamer Discord or Twitter, or the NFT Insider Discord or Twitter.

In last week’s episode, we had the CEO of Bitski on as a guest. This week, it’s back to just the two of us and we’re catching up on all that has happened.

Mint One Podcast, Episode 60: SVB, Ordinals, Pokémon, and Much More

After three weeks back-to-back of guests, it was about time we caught up on all that has been happening. Crypto is a space that moves quickly enough that you can take a day off and miss so much you need to spend hours playing catch-up. So, naturally, three weeks of guests mean we have a real backlog of talking points.

In the time we had with our guests, we saw USDC depeg and cause huge shockwaves, Ordinal Theory’s Bitcoin NFTs experienced a sharp rise in stock (read more about Ordinals here), Pokémon advertise for a Web3 expert (more here), TSM and Blitz partner with Avalanche (and again, more here), and much more. So, in this episode, John and I dig through the preceding three weeks and offer a lay of the land.

We’d like to ask that if you listen to us on Apple Podcasts and/or Spotify, you rate us five stars and leave us a review if you enjoy Mint One. This helps both our podcast and the blockchain gaming ecosystem as a whole!

To listen to Mint One, you can find us on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Anchor, YouTube, and Google Podcasts.
